Over Thanksgiving I spent a couple of extra days with my family.  As thankful as I am to have my family, I am thankful for all the people that have placed their trust in me to represent them during their times of need.  I am truly happy how many people I know are doing well this holiday season.

However, this is also the time of year that is, or will become difficult for a lot of people.  The fact is you are more likely to be in a drinking and driving accident during the holidays.  Drinking and driving accidents occur with more frequency during holidays due to ‘acceptable’ drinking at parties and family functions.  The temptation to drink and drive is at its highest during the time from Thanksgiving to New Year’s.

By some estimates, Americans can expect to witness 1,200 alcohol-related traffic deaths during the holiday season.  Mothers Against Drunk Driving (MADD) reports that 52 percent of fatal car accidents on Christmas Day and 57 percent of traffic fatalities on New Year’s Eve/Day will be directly attributable to alcohol.  The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) estimates that 25,000 traffic injuries will result from alcohol consumption during this time of year.

No one needs the added stress of having your livelihood threatened because you were caught driving home after having one too many drinks at a holiday party.

If you or someone you know has been accused of committing a crime, such as DWI, you require legal representation from a law firm that is committed to protecting your legal rights.  Your case is too important not to use the best legal assistance you can find.  I understand that when hired on to a case, I am responsible for the welfare of my client and his or her family.  Every decision made and every action taken by me will reflect this understanding.

I know that people who are accused of criminal wrongdoing are worried about possibly losing their freedom, employment, license or driving privileges.  People need a clear resolution to their legal questions and concerns.

Through our time spent in the courts defending our clients, my firm has earned the respect of judges, prosecutors and police officers as aggressive attorneys who routinely challenge them on tough cases.  The tremendous difficulties that accompany criminal charges can be overwhelming, in the courtroom and out, but searching for representation can also prove to be challenging.  Choosing the right attorney is one of the most important decisions you can make.

Please call 636-797-2601 to contact one of our attorneys who will handle all aspects of your case and will work diligently to help you get what you deserve.
